Thank you for your purchase. We really hope you love your items from us . However, if your item does not fit just how you want it to, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Unfortunityly Latoyah London does not offer any refunds on full priced or sale item(s). Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from delivery date. All returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
Returns must have no visible signs of wear or use in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
Returns Process
To return an item, please email customer service at info@latoyahldn.com within the email please include:
– Your full name
– The item name you would like to exchange
– A description of the reasons for exchange
– The size you would like to exchange for
Once our customer service relations team has received all of the information. We will get back to you and provide a return address.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Please place the item securely in its original packaging.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable delivery method to mail your returns.
Exchange
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. You can exchange your item for any styles or sizes.
If your exchange costs extra, a gift voucher will need to be purchased for the difference.

Please allow at least ten (10) days buiness days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
